Q: Do I need a fishing license?

No, All equipment, bait, tackle, licenses, permits and life jackets provided!

Q: Where do you launch from?

Mostly Hula Bay in South Tampa, this is a safe environment to leave your car, has public clean restrooms in the restaurant and marina and the marina offers last minute items like sunscreen, beer, sodas etc…but pick up points vary with seasons and weather patterns. We can pick you up at your personal dock, hotel dock or at times other public ramps.

Q: How do I pay for my charter?

When you book we take your credit card information to hold your time, We accept all major credit cards and if you choose to pay cash the day of that is fine, just let your captain know ahead of time.

Q: Should I bring my own beverages and snacks?

Yes Your captain will have a place in the boat from your cooler or you can stow your refreshments in the cooler on the boat.

Q: Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, beer is ok please drink responsibly

Q: What should I wear?

Wear something fit for the weather we are in at the time, bringing a jacket and change of clothes is never a bad idea.

Q: Can I Book on the Phone?

Yes. Once you have decided on a captain calling him directly to set up the trip is best, also it’s a good chance to see if your personalities will mesh.

Q: I have a large group, can we book more than one charter together?

Yes! Our captains have handled many multi boat rips and cooperate events, up to 65 guided boats…. No problem

Q: Should I tip my guide?

Yes, if you enjoyed your guide, tips are encouraged; especially if they assist with filleting some of your catches. Also, don’t forget to leave reviews, photos and testimonials to share your great experience!

Q: What if we have to cancel for bad weather?

All trips cancelled for weather will have deposits refunded or any payments refunded if rescheduling is not an option.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. Sometimes life is harsh and we understand things happen, no shows will be charged full price.
